Outside Sales Representative
About the Role
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to introduce and sell our highly coveted mobile ministry app to churches across the country. You will uncover prospective clients and work diligently to identify leads and educate potential customers on the unique attributes for the InPeace app through outbound calls, attending events/conventions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Full-timeJob Duties and Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales and customer experience/support efforts
- Coordinate and participate in off-site events and conventions to promote and sell InPeace
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Software or product demonstration experience - either one on one or within a group setting
- Strong verbal communication skills – ability to speak the language of the Church
- Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships within the software industry
- Familiarity with tracking client lifecycle in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment

Language Skills
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred)
